FLOORS & CONSTRUCTION
Walk-in Cooler & Freezer Floors are made of 22 ga Smooth Mill Floor Plate, 4” Extruded Polystyrene Foam (EISA 2007 Approved), NSF gasket with Cam-Lock hardware and built-in ramp.
To reduce condensation caused by high humidity, insulation is installed under concrete floors. If your cooler is to be installed on a wood surface, a colder floor is necessary to avoid condensation that can rot out the wood floor. Insulation is required on a concrete floor for a freezer. Installations are done according to local codes. When a ramp is in use, we reinforce doors and floors.
CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
Cam lock devices are locked together for easy assembly and once panels are secured, they provide an air-tight seal. Refrigeration is installed by expert technicians with required permits and inspections are provided.
OUTDOOR WALK-IN COOLERS AND FREEZERS
Outdoor walk-in coolers, freezers, and combination units are designed for both warm and cold settings. They feature a rainproof roof membrane on the inside, complete with flashing. We use anchoring hardware and a door rain cap to maintain a controlled temperature.
